Job summary

Nordea is seeking a senior project leader to own large-scale migration initiatives in the post-trade space across the Nordic region. You will drive end-to-end delivery with cross-border teams and report to senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on migrations within post-trade, with accountability from planning to stabilisation, and offers a hybrid work model across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, large-scale change initiatives end-to-end in financial services.
• Strong track record in regulatory or market-mandatory projects.
• Solid knowledge of securities markets, custody and post-trade processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level.
• Experience working in cross-border or multi-country environments.
• Understanding of regulatory, market infrastructure and industry transformation trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-trade migration initiatives with full accountability for delivery, risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive complex, large-scale projects in line with the TCS change roadmap and regulatory timelines.
• Act as a senior, active member of a cross-border change team.
• Establish governance structures, manage risks and report transparently to senior forums.
