Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Employee Central Consultant to lead large, international and complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from design to deployment. You will own the Employee Central workstream, translate business needs into scalable design, and mentor colleagues across projects in Nordic teams.

The role requires proven EC expertise, strong communication, travel willingness, and fluency in English; other Nordic languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Have several years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Have proven experience leading large, international and complex implementations, with ownership of the Employee Central workstream from design to deployment.
Possess strong Employee Central solution knowledge, with ability to analyze HR processes and translate priorities into scalable designs.
Be open to travelling and working on diverse projects across Nordic countries and environments.
Be fluent in English; additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead large, international Employee Central implementations from design through deployment.
Own the Employee Central workstream and ensure delivery within project timelines.
Share knowledge and mentor junior consultants to grow confidence and expertise.
