Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Planning of large construction projects.
• Background in construction-related degree or trade.
• Excellent IT and software skills (including Oracle P6 and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning
• Developing and maintaining progress databases
• Progress reporting and milestone projections
• Monitoring schedule performance and productivity
• Auditing progress on site
• Attending schedule meetings with client and subcontractors
• Preparation of tender schedules and histograms
• Training staff when required
• Covering Senior Project Planner responsibilities when required
• All other duties associated with role
