Laminar Projects is seeking a hands-on Project Planner to enhance delivery for complex construction projects. You will devise and translate schedules into actionable plans, guiding teams to prioritise work and manage risks with a pragmatic blend of planning software and discipline.

You will collaborate across disciplines, travel to sites occasionally, and contribute to scalable processes, continuous learning, and client education. This is a fast-growing consultancy with international reach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on construction projects with project planning.
• Proficient in construction planning software and principles.
• Strong Excel skills and analytics mindset.
• Interest in data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan: manage project plans for one or more projects and keep delays in check.
• Own the outcome: ensure the team understands and focuses on the plan.
• Report and inform: deliver simple, actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Make scalable solutions: develop repeatable best practices and tools.
• Develop everyone: maximise team development and educate clients.
