Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Planning / Scheduling Manager on a client-side assignment in Finland to support a major data centre construction programme. You will focus on live-site delivery, progress tracking and recovery planning, working directly with contractors and site teams.

This freelance/contract position requires strong scheduling expertise on large projects, a hands-on delivery mindset, and the ability to challenge programmes while keeping stakeholders aligned across the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong construction planning and scheduling experience on major projects.
• Data centre / mission-critical experience preferred.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery.
• Experience challenging contractors and interrogating programmes.
• Strong progress tracking, schedule management and recovery planning.
• Hands-on approach to drive delivery, not just reporting.
• Experience collaborating with contractors and site teams.
