Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Project Planner to manage schedules for complex construction projects in Helsinki. You will develop and maintain schedules for pre-construction through commissioning, track progress, and support project controls and claims data.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, lead planning meetings, and ensure on-time delivery while preserving cost control. This role requires 3–5 years planning experience and strong Excel/P6 skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Planner on large construction projects (data centre projects a plus).
• 3–5 years experience in project planning.
• Background in construction-related degree or trade.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
• Developing and maintaining progress databases and progress reporting.
• Milestone projections, delay/float path analysis and EVMS.
• Auditing progress on site and leading planning meetings.
• REcording delay and disruption; providing data for claims and disputes.
• Travelling to projects as required to perform duties.
