Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking a PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER to lead schedule, cost and document management across large EPCM projects. The role collaborates with the Project Controls department and project team to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

We expect a B.Sc./M.Sc. in technology or economics with 15+ years in industrial investment projects, strong leadership, Finnish and English fluency, and experience with scheduling tools and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in industrial investment projects, preferably EPCM.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
• Active and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in large, multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Understanding of project management and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility of time, cost and document management in projects.
• Manage the project controls activities and team in projects.
• Plan the activities and resources to fulfill the agreed scope of project controls.
• Manage and execute time and cost management activities in close cooperation with the client, suppliers and contractors.
• Work as part of AFRY project team for process industry investment projects.
• Follow up, control and report the progress in projects in close cooperation with project management.
• Support the Project Manager with tasks such as coordination of work, communication and change management.
