Qt Group in Finland is seeking an experienced Product Lead to execute and expand our developer tooling strategy. The role focuses on creating an excellent Developer Experience, enabling faster development cycles in an AI‑first environment.

You will align with stakeholders, manage cross‑functional teams across PM, R&D, IT, Marketing and Sales, and drive ROI/KPI based decision making. If you thrive in a collaborative, data‑driven setting, join us.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management in software.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, IDEs, and tools.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and expand the Developer Tooling strategy.
• Enhance the developer experience for new and existing products.
• Align tooling strategy with ROI and KPI definitions.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to streamline offerings.
• Research insights to maximize value for users.
• Manage internal stakeholders (PM, R&D, IT, Marketing and Sales).
