Job summary

For Qt Group is seeking an Experienced Embedded Product Lead to transform strategy into a practical technical roadmap for our developer framework. You will align with users and stakeholders while building compelling business cases and ROI projections.

You will drive go-to-market plans, collaborate with R&D, UX, and Marketing, and manage internal stakeholders across R&D, IT, and Sales to ensure successful product outcomes in an AI-first market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management in the embedded software industry.
• Proven track record building P&L and ROI business cases to justify technical and product investment decisions.
• Strong knowledge of chipsets, GPUs, hardware platforms, and BSPs.
• Hands-on experience with Yocto Linux, Android, Linux distributions, and RTOS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Align with customer and user requirements to define the embedded roadmap and market strategy.
• Manage relationships with ecosystem partners including semiconductor vendors, OS vendors, and cloud service providers.
• Own strategy execution with strong P&L and ROI focus.
• Lead a cross-functional product team with R&D and UX for faster time-to-market.
• Collaborate with portfolio management and business analysts in AI-first developer market.
• Lead embedded go-to-market activities to showcase value to users.
