Job summary

Qt Group is seeking a Senior Director, Qt Product Management to own the long-term product vision and customer strategy across multiple portfolios. You will lead senior product leaders and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth and customer success globally.

You will shape the strategy, govern investments, and ensure alignment with executive leadership while expanding into new markets and defending key verticals like automotive. Espoo or Oulu with travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior product leadership experience across multiple portfolios.
• Proven track record in long-term business and product strategy.
• Strong governance and investment decision-making with commercial acumen.
• Executive presence to influence leadership teams and communicate vision.
• Experience leading organizational transformation toward customer-centric PM.
• Software or hardware-software industry experience with international exposure.
• Fluent professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise product vision and long-term strategy for the Qt product portfolio.
• Lead portfolios through senior product leaders and diverse PMs.
• Shape business strategy with market and customer insights, identify new markets.
• Govern portfolio investments, set priorities, allocate resources for growth.
• Align with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans.
• Embed churn management and retention in product strategy across verticals (e.g., automotive).
• Represent customer voice in strategic decisions and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Build Product Management capability across the organization, including governance and leadership development.
