Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior product leadership roles leading other product leaders.
• Proven track record of defining and executing long-term business and product strategy across portfolios.
• Strong governance and investment decision-making in portfolio management.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior teams and communicate a compelling product vision.
• Experience leading organizational transformation toward customer-centric product management.
• International business experience with multi-location teams.
• Data-driven approach using market trends, customer feedback and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise product vision and long-term strategy for the Qt product portfolio, translating into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multiple product portfolios through a team of senior product leaders and technical product managers.
• Shape business strategy using market, customer, and competitive insights, identifying new markets and segments.
• Govern major product investments, set portfolio priorities and allocate resources for growth and value.
• Drive alignment with executive leadership, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on direction and launches.
• Embed customer retention in product strategy and expand into new verticals while defending core positions.
• Represent the voice of the customer in strategic decisions and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead transformation to build Product Management capability, operating models and governance.
