Job summary

Qt Group in Finland seeks an experienced Embedded Product Lead to translate strategy into a concrete technical roadmap. You will align with users and stakeholders while building compelling business cases for next steps.

Lead a cross-functional team across R&D and UX, manage P&L and ROI, and drive go-to-market for the embedded products, collaborating with partners and portfolio management in an AI-first developer market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management in embedded software with P&L and ROI experience.
• Strong knowledge of chipsets, GPUs, hardware platforms, BSPs; hands-on with Yocto, Android, Linux and RTOS.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Hands-on understanding of AI-driven developer tools and platforms and how AI reshapes the embedded market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Align with customer requirements to shape embedded roadmap and define market strategy.
• Manage technical relationships with ecosystem partners (semiconductors, board vendors, OS & cloud providers).
• Own strategy execution with P&L and ROI calculations.
• Provide product leadership within a cross-functional team (R&D and UX).
• Collaborate with portfolio management and business analysts in an AI-first market.
• Lead embedded go-to-market to showcase value to users.
• Coordinate with R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure Embedded Business success.
