Job summary

Qt Group seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to shape the long-term Qt product vision and customer strategy. You will lead senior product leaders and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth and customer success globally.

Located in Espoo or Oulu, Finland, with some travel, the role emphasizes transforming the organization toward a customer-centric product mindset and defending key verticals while expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior product leadership leading other leaders.
• Proven track record defining and executing long-term product strategies across multiple portfolios.
• Strong governance and investment decision-making with financial acumen.
• Executive presence and ability to align leadership with a compelling product vision.
• Experience transforming organizations toward customer-centric product management.
• Background in software or hardware-software domains with meaningful software exposure.
• Experience leading multi-location teams in international business.
• Data-driven, market and customer insights-driven decision process.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
