Job summary

Nordea is seeking a senior lead developer to join Group Technology on a full-time basis. You will lead technical teams, translate architecture into robust designs, and drive delivery in the Financial Crime Prevention domain.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, refine epics, and mentor developers while championing high availability, scalability and security in a modern microservices environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership & communication skills with ability to coach developers.
• Senior-level experience in building scalable, high-concurrency, distributed systems.
• Ability to lead implementation of architecture and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead/Senior Developer within Financial Crime Prevention, driving technical excellence.
