Job summary

IFF is seeking a Lead Developer to drive technical outcomes in a Nordic cross-functional team. The role blends hands-on coding with leadership, covering React/Next.js front-ends and .NET/C# back-ends, including ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages.

You will own architecture, CI/CD pipelines in Azure, and coordinate with business and IT peers across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Latvia. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experienced software developer with hands-on and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with .NET/C# and modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and software delivery practices.
• Worked in agile teams, contributing to technical analysis, refinement, estimation and delivery.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development in a cross-functional Scrum team and own technical decisions.
• Guide implementation, ensure maintainability and alignment with business needs.
• Contribute across the full software lifecycle from design to production support.
• Drive architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices.
• Work with React/Next.js, .NET/C#, Razor Pages, and Azure-based platforms.
