Kotipalvelu Lämpö Oy in central Helsinki is seeking an experienced chef to join a high-end Indian restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, values quality ingredients, and aims to deliver exceptional dining experiences while respecting authentic Indian flavors.

You will lead kitchen duties, train staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, and contribute to the daily organization and continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications

• Prior chef experience and strong restaurant kitchen skills.
• Excellent cooking techniques and standards for high-quality dining.
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices and traditional methods.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and work under pressure.
• Responsible, detail-oriented with strong commitment to food quality and hygiene.
• Good teamwork and communication, flexibility and positive attitude.
