Job summary

Tandem Health is hiring a Senior Project Delivery Specialist in Helsinki to lead complex healthcare implementations from kick-off to go-live and adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery across EHR integrations and clinical workflows.

You will partner with Medical Operations to tailor workflows, drive change management, and train users, while mentoring colleagues to scale Tandem’s delivery capabilities in Finland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Finnish and excellent English communication.
• Proven track record independently leading complex cross-functional technology implementations.
• Experience in SaaS deployment or digital transformation projects in healthcare IT.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across frontline clinicians, IT, and C-level executives.
• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills; handles multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementations end to end, owning delivery plans, timelines, scope, quality and go-live.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent implementations and cross-functional workstreams for alignment.
• Lead technical implementation activities, including EHR integrations with Product and Engineering.
• Design and implement clinical documentation templates and workflows with Medical Operations.
• Drive change management and user training for successful go-live and adoption.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to scalable delivery processes and playbooks.
