Qualifications

• Service delivery management experience of data centric solutions.
• Fluent ITIL knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or German, as well as English, is required.
• Experience of data platforms and cloud environments.
• Experience of healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Leading service deliveries and act as a key contact person towards customers.
• Your focus will be in service deliveries in Swedish- and German-speaking European markets.
• Ensuring the success of our customers in their operations with our deliveries.
• Continuous development of our operations together with colleagues in delivery management, product management and development teams.
• Building relationships inside the organization to promote active collaboration.
