Job summary

Tandem Health is building a top-tier team in Finland to bring our AI solutions to Wellbeing Services Counties and private providers. We seek a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to lead end-to-end customer implementations from kick-off to go-live and adoption.

You will align patient care workflows with product and engineering, manage timelines and scope, and drive readiness through change management and training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology implementations.
• Experience in SaaS deployment or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and EHR integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across frontline clinicians, IT, and C-level faces.
• Proactive delivery risk management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementation projects end to end with delivery plans and go-live accountability.
• Coordinate multiple implementations and cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership.
• Drive technical activities including EHR integrations in collaboration with Product/Engineering.
• Design and implement clinical workflows and configurations for healthcare settings.
• Coordinate training and go-live activities to ensure user readiness.
• Engage customers and executives, guiding governance and progress updates.
• Identify risks and blockers, adapting delivery approaches for various sizes.
• Improve delivery playbooks and mentor teammates toward scalable practices.
