Job summary

Greenstep is seeking a Lead Fabric / Data Platform Consultant to join our Data & Technology team in Finland. You will own the architecture, build the core components, and be the client’s trusted advisor when decisions need to be made and defended.

You will work across Microsoft Fabric, Azure data stack, Databricks, dbt, and Snowflake, shaping target architectures, setting engineering standards, mentoring colleagues, and delivering scalable data platforms for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering data platforms in consulting or client projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and architectural design.
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, and Snowflake; fluent in at least two.
• Strong Power BI skills including semantic modeling and DAX.
• Proficient Python / PySpark and SQL.
• CI/CD and Git-based development for data workloads.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of client data platforms.
• Lead design on Microsoft Fabric and Azure data stack.
• Mentor teammates and drive project execution.
• Advise clients, run workshops, and scope solutions.
• Strengthen practice with reference architectures and accelerators.
