Job summary

Greenstep is seeking a Lead Fabric / Data Platform Consultant in Finland. You will own end-to-end architecture for client data platforms, guiding platform choices across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, dbt and Snowflake. You’ll mentor engineers and collaborate with BI developers to deliver production-ready solutions.

You will engage directly with clients, run workshops, set coding standards, and contribute to reusable accelerators and governance. Fluent Finnish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering data platforms and analytics in consulting or client projects.
• Fluency with Microsoft Fabric and core Azure data workloads.
• Experience with Databricks, dbt and Snowflake; ability to choose best-fit platforms.
• Strong Power BI modeling, DAX, and data governance considerations.
• Proficient Python / PySpark and SQL; comfortable guiding client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data platform architecture for client engagements.
• Lead design on Fabric, Databricks, dbt and Snowflake environments.
• Set engineering standards and mentor delivery teams.
• Advise clients, run workshops, and support sales scoping.
