Job summary

Qt Group is seeking a Product Security Principal to lead secure development practices across R&D, ensure regulatory conformity, and manage vulnerability handling. You will influence cross-functional teams and shape how security is integrated into product lifecycles.

The role requires hands-on security leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and strong collaboration with engineering, legal and product teams. Espoo or Oulu, Finland.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on product security experience across multiple products or teams.
• Good grasp of regulations and standards (EU CRA, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001).
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Ability to influence engineers, lawyers and product managers without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and operationalize SSDLC across R&D and coach engineers.
• Provide technical leadership for regulatory work and conformity evidence.
• Run end-to-end vulnerability management and SBOM processes.
• Lead PSIRT program with complex vulnerability analysis and incident triage.
• Support customers with security questionnaires and evidence.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Legal on architecture and compliance.
