Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain modern data pipelines and platforms, with a focus on Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

You will work closely with developers, analysts and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, improve data quality and enable analytics and AI capabilities.

This hands-on role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Azure data services, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Data Engineer.
• Solid experience with Azure data technologies.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with cloud-based data lakes and lakehouses.
• Knowledge of data governance and security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and maintain data platforms across Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake.
• Develop data models and data warehouse/lakehouse solutions.
• Use SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and improve quality.
• Collaborate with BI, software engineering and business teams.
• Contribute to data architecture and decisions.
• Support analytics and AI capabilities development.
• Help establish CI/CD and testing best practices.
