Ramboll is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for our DataCenterFacilities team in Finland. You will lead electrical design for data centers, coordinating with a global network of specialists while applying rigorous standards and safety requirements.

You will join a flexible, hybrid work model and collaborate with colleagues across the Nordics and beyond to deliver reliable, sustainable power solutions for critical infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Experience leading electrical design teams in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience designing or constructing datacenter facilities.
• Background as a consulting electrical engineer.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex concepts clearly in writing and speech.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage electrical design for data center and mission-critical projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Design and oversee critical power infrastructure including MV/LV distribution, utility intake, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, grounding and related systems.
• Ensure technical compliance, safety and quality by applying standards, codes, client specs and internal design principles.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (mechanical, civil, structural, ICT/BMS, consultants, contractors, utilities, authorities).
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering assurance including drawings, calculations, studies and documentation.
