Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the DataCenterFacilities group in Finland to lead the design of data center cooling and HVAC infrastructure. Qualifications

Experience with designing or constructing datacenter facilities.
Experience working as a consulting mechanical engineer.
A thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of data center cooling and HVAC infrastructure.
Develop innovative thermal management solutions for AI, HPC, hyperscale, and colocation facilities.
Ensure cooling systems achieve required resilience, efficiency, sustainability, and uptime targets.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams across multiple projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cooling strategy, liquid cooling adoption, and future-ready data center design.
