Job summary
Ramboll in Finland is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design data center solutions within our Nordic DataCenterFacilities team. You will lead electrical design from concept through construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, standards compliance, and high-quality delivery.
You will join a global network of 150+ data center specialists and work in a flexible, hybrid model across Ramboll offices and remote settings, contributing to sustainable, client-focused
Qualifications
- Experience leading electrical design teams.
- Experience designing or constructing datacenter facilities.
- Experience as a consulting electrical engineer.
- Strong understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
- Excellent communicator in English, verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design for data centers from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Design and oversee critical power infrastructure (MV/LV, distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, grounding).
- Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and client specs.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and documentation.
