Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for DataCenterFacilities in Finland. You will join a global team, leading electrical design for critical data center projects and coordinating with disciplines to deliver robust, sustainable solutions.

You’ll be part of a flexible, hybrid work model, collaborating with colleagues across Nordics and beyond to shape the future of data centers while maintaining work-life balance and high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

Experience leading electrical design teams for data center or mission-critical facilities.
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines for optimal client solutions.
Experience as a consulting electrical engineer.
Strong understanding of digital design tools and BIM workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design for data center projects from concept through construction and handover.
Oversee critical power infrastructure including MV/LV distribution, UPS, gensets, grounding and related systems.
Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and client specifications.
Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Provide design reviews, technical leadership and engineering assurance.
