Ramboll is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for our DataCenterFacilities team in Finland. You will lead electrical design for data centers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive technical excellence from concept through handover in a global, collaborative environment.

You will shape critical power systems, ensure safety and compliance, and mentor engineers across the Nordics and beyond. The role supports hybrid work and a flexible, inclusive culture at Ramboll.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design teams in multidisciplinary settings.
• Experience designing or constructing data center facilities.
• Experience as a consulting electrical engineer.
• Strong BIM/digital design delivery using Revit/BIM 360.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex technical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design for data centers from concept design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Design and oversee critical power infrastructure, including MV/LV distribution, utility intake, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, grounding.
• Ensure safety, codes, and client specifications compliance.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide design reviews, calculations, and technical documentation.
