Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Solution Sales Executive to drive market success for Moveworks products, built on ServiceNow’s platform to unify enterprise processes with a single source of truth.

The role involves strategy development, collaboration with account teams, and coaching peers to identify specialty solution opportunities while tailoring responsibilities to territory needs. This is a senior, results-oriented sales leadership position in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years of ROI experience in specialty solutions areas to lead solution wins.
• Experience as an AE, or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
• Strong understanding of business sales processes.
• Fluent in Finnish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution.
• Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
• Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
• Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and help develop strategy with the account team, customers and partners.
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement and team based on engagement model.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
• Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
