Sofigate in Helsinki is seeking Business Technology Consultants / ServiceNow Consultants to strengthen our growing teams across Northern and Central Europe. You will help customers and our teams build and improve ServiceNow-based solutions that support real business needs and stand the test of time, usage, and change.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering value through ServiceNow-enabled workflows across ITOM, HR, CRM, AI, and security domains, with a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Ability to think in systems and work across multiple business domains (ITOM, HR, AI, CRM, Security).
• Curiosity, collaborative mindset, and readiness to grow with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and our teams build and improve ServiceNow-based solutions that support real business needs and stand the test of time, usage, and change.
• Modernise existing platform environments and develop governance and operating models.
• Support integrations enabling AI and automation and contribute to broader business workflows beyond ITSM (HR, finance, risk, supplier management).
