Job summary

Jobtailor in Helsinki is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow expert to engage with customers and deliver modern, integrated solutions across ITSM, HR, CRM, and security domains. You will help reduce technical debt, support AI-enabled automations, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape governance models and operating patterns.

You'll work on building new business-driven solutions, improving platforms, and guiding clients through trade-offs and risk assessments, while keeping systems

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and related platforms; CRM/HR workflows knowledge.
• Ability to learn quickly; prior ServiceNow knowledge not required.
• Understanding of AI-enabled automation and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted expert in customer engagements with a collaborative team.
• Build and improve ServiceNow-based solutions supporting business needs and changes.
• Modernise existing platform environments and develop new business-driven solutions.
• Reduce technical debt while enabling AI and automation through integrations.
• Develop governance and operating models for ITSM, HR, CRM, and other workflows.
• Assist customers in evaluating alternatives, risks, and trade-offs.
