Job summary

Nordhealth, a remote-first SaaS provider, seeks a customer-focused Support Specialist based in the Philippines to help veterinary customers maximize the Provet Practice Management System. You will act as the first point of contact via email, live chat, and calls, resolving issues and guiding customers through the platform.

The role requires a passion for problem-solving, experience in busy customer service environments, and flexibility to work the Philippine night shift to align with US business

Qualifications

• Ideally has experience in a customer-related role, preferably with large B2B customers.
• Experience in fast-growing, global SaaS or veterinary industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing semi-technical 1st level support for issues via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
• Ensuring accurate information is captured and logged in Intercom, and updating customers on progress.
