Nordhealth, a remote-first company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, seeks a Support Specialist for the Vet Practice Support team. You will be the go-to contact for Provet veterinary practice customers, handling a wide range of questions as busy clinics rely on our software.

You will support online bookings, patient records, and clinical notes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Product teams.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-growing global SaaS company.
• Experience supporting B2B software (SaaS) environments.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and another language recommended.
• Experience in healthcare or veterinary software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main support contact, providing efficient, high-quality support that meets targets and service levels.
• Diary management: troubleshooting appointment setup, online booking, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain client and patient records, consultations and clinical notes, and client communication.
• Manage referrals and patient flow in the clinic.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and drive escalations through to resolution.
• Work independently and with the team to develop best practices for the support function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Product Development teams.
• OKRs are set at the individual level to contribute to unit and company goals.
