Nordhealth is building the future of veterinary practice management software. You will own the core patient care workflows used by vets, techs and nurses, aiming to make every interaction with Provet faster and more intuitive.

This high-visibility role requires shaping product direction, leading a cross-functional squad, and partnering closely with clinical teams. You will drive a roadmap informed by customers, data, and field feedback, shipping iterative improvements that reduce clicks and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including senior level in B2B software.
• Owned a core, high-frequency workflow used all day by professionals under time pressure, and made it measurably faster and simpler.
• Used AI to synthesize feedback, NPS comments and support tickets, turning insights into clear product direction.
• Built strategy in ambiguous situations rather than executing someone else’s plan.

Responsibilities

• Own core patient care workflows to reduce time spent on software, increasing time with patients.
• Define and manage roadmap based on customer learning and data.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineers and designers.
• Shadow consultations and ward rounds, gathering feedback from vets, techs and nurses.
• Iterate with small experiments, shipping improvements and learning from outcomes.
• Set the UX quality bar in collaboration with design and other product teams.
• Maintain transparency on progress, risk, and prioritization.
