Job summary

iLOQ, a Finland-based international company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Espoo to optimize CRM, enable AI-driven insights, and enhance data analytics and Power BI reporting. You will work with the Revenue- and Marketing Operations Managers to build revenue tools and own the data platform, with a path to full ownership of reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s student or recent graduate from IEM / Information Networks / ISM (able to work full time).
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English are mandatory.
• Experience in revenue operations, pricing support, or commercial analytics is a plus.
• Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory; Power BI is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI and automation tooling; ability to judge usefulness.
• Service mindset and ability to explain data models to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop our CRM (Dynamics 365) day to day with our partner; specify, build, test, and release changes.
• Maintain CRM ecosystem, integrations, and sales data; act as first line of contact.
• Build and maintain sales reporting in Power BI and own reporting/data platform over time.
• Generate price lists and ensure delivery on time each cycle.
• Run incentive simulations and own the sales commission tool technically.
• Configure and pilot AI tools for the commercial organization and assess usefulness.
• Provide first-line CRM support; create training material to reduce repeated questions.
• Support marketing operations with data and dashboards.
