Job summary

KONE Nordics is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that improve performance, profitability, productivity, and customer outcomes across the Nordic service business.

This role combines data analytics, pricing and operational analysis, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to turn complex business challenges into clear insights.

Qualifications

• Academic background in data analytics, finance, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, BI, reporting, or performance management.
• Practical experience with Power BI, Excel, and data handling.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SQL/Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for frontline decision-making.
• Analyze financial, repair sales, operational, safety and customer data for trends and risks.
• Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Build structured datasets and data models.
• Improve KPI visibility and standardize reporting across the Nordics.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and field systems.
• Analyze pricing, margins, revenue, and productivity to support profitable growth.
• Explore AI, Copilot capabilities, and automation tools to boost efficiency.
• Develop automated reporting and recurring analyses.
