Job summary

Sambla Group is a fintech company operating in Finland with three brands: Rahalaitos, Omalaina, and Rahoitu. We seek a CRM & Agentic AI Journey Specialist to lead AI-driven, hyper-personalized CRM across markets, working with Product, Analytics and local marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CRM experience, preferably multi-brand or fintech.
• Proven ability to independently plan, run and optimize CRM campaigns with clear business impact.
• Strong content quality sense for customer communications and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategy with market ownership and budgets.
• Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, churn prevention, win-back).
• Define audience segments using behavioral and lifecycle data; run A/B tests.
