Job summary

Sambla Group is seeking a CRM & Agentic AI Journey Specialist to own and optimize CRM activities across Rahalaitos, Omalaina, and Rahoitu. You will design data-driven customer journeys, leverage AI features, run lifecycle campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and country teams to drive growth.

Fluent Finnish and English are required. The role emphasizes multi-market strategy, AI-powered personalization and cross-functional collaboration in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM experience in fintech or multi-brand environments.
• Ability to plan and run CRM campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategy across Rahalaitos, Omalaina and Rahoitu.
• Define audience segments using behavioral and lifecycle data.
• Use A/B testing and AI features to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics and local teams to tailor CRM content.
