Job summary

Fazer is seeking a Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI to advance commercial decision-making through data-driven insights. You will lead two focus areas: Power BI reporting and AI development, collaborating with sales, controlling and ICT to deliver measurable business impact across Fazer markets.

The role is permanent and based in Finland, with onsite work in Vantaa or Lappeenranta, and offers an annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI, data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience in Retail/sales reporting or FMCG analytics is advantageous.
• 2+ years hands-on in reporting and analytics solutions.
• University degree in a business or technical field (BSc/MSc).
• Fluent English and Finnish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, controlling, ICT, data teams and external partners to gather and prioritize reporting needs.
• Drive governance and reporting standards across markets.
• Design and develop AI/ML use cases to enhance forecasting and commercial effectiveness.
