Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
• Experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their strategic and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Perform pre‑screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide negotiation through to completion and assist with onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to development and change management within the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
