Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to source, engage, and screen high‑potential candidates for our growing AI‑fintech ecosystem. This fully remote role focuses on identifying exceptional talent and presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally.

You will source through LinkedIn, Telegram, and international job boards, conduct 15–20 minute first‑stage interviews, and run 2–3 interviews per day while keeping records.

Qualifications

• Clear, charismatic communication and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and tracking sheets.
• English written and spoken for internal reporting and teamwork.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is a plus, with strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing and outreach through LinkedIn, Telegram, and international job boards.
• Candidate engagement via messages or calls; present Assetara opportunity and answer questions.
• Conduct structured 15–20 minute first‑stage screenings via Zoom/Meet to assess fit.
• Daily 2–3 first‑stage interviews, depending on candidate availability and scheduling.
