Job summary

A global recruitment firm is looking for a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter. You will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to negotiating offers. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of recruitment experience and is skilled in sourcing techniques and evaluating candidates. Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a staffing agency.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
• Experience evaluating candidates across various roles.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess strategic hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages per position requirements.
• Source candidates using databases and social media.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide and facilitate negotiation through to closure.
