Job summary

Lifted (an Upwork Company) is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience to support enterprise campaigns and data governance.

Responsibilities include data ingestion, segmentation, activation, and cross-channel workflows across email and mobile. You will build integrations, optimize performance, and produce technical documentation while ensuring security and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Production delivery experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on Data Cloud experience: ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation.
• Strong SQL, APIs, and automation framework skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities (ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation).
• Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and workflows.
• Enable omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models.
• Develop reusable integration services and support interoperability across Salesforce platforms.
• Support campaign testing, releases, deployments, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance.
• Ensure platform solutions meet security and governance requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
