Job summary

Prohoc in Finland is seeking a Project Planner to manage and facilitate project planning for our customer projects. This office-based role offers a possibility to work remotely from anywhere in Finland.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor critical paths, and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives. Experience with EPC and industrial investment projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports.
• Solid experience with Primavera environment and planning.
• Experience with EPC.
• Experience in industrial investment projects (energy, pulp and paper, or other industrial construction).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish and Swedish are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project progress to ensure schedules are met.
• Consider identified issues when needed to develop and control the schedule.
• Identify the project's critical path, monitor it, and communicate changes to the Project Manager and team.
• Engage with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant customer representatives and other stakeholders.
• Work from Vaasa or remotely from elsewhere in Finland.
