Job summary

Prohoc is seeking a Project Planner for our customer projects in Finland. The role involves managing and facilitating the project planning processes and collaborating closely with project teams. This office-based position offers a possibility to work remotely within Finland.

You will maintain progress, refine schedules, identify critical paths, and coordinate with Project Management, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. Fluency in English is required; Finnish/Swedish are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Define, set up, refine, and use project schedules.
• Compile schedule reports in the project planning system.
• Experience with Primavera environment and planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project progress to ensure schedules are met.
• Consider identified issues when developing and controlling the schedule.
• Identify critical path, monitor changes to the Project Manager and team.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
