Job summary

Prohoc in Finland is seeking a Project Planner to manage and facilitate project planning for our customers’ projects. This is an office-based role with the possibility to work remotely. You’ll maintain progress, identify critical paths, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and customer representatives.

Location options include Vaasa or remote work from elsewhere in Finland. Applicants should have scheduling experience with MS Project, Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera

Qualifications

• Experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system.
• Proficiency with scheduling software MS Project, Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Experience with Primavera environment and planning, and interest in digitalization and development.
• Experience with EPC, and with industrial investment projects (e.g., energy, pulp and paper or other industrial construction).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish and Swedish are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project progress to ensure schedules are met.
• Identify issues to develop and control the schedule.
• Identify the project’s critical path, monitor it, and communicate changes to the Project Manager and team.
• Engage with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives as well as other stakeholders.
• Work from Vaasa or remotely from elsewhere in Finland.
