Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner (Recommendation Systems) based in Finland to own the post-purchase customer journey. You will focus on activation, matching, relevance, and personalized recommendations, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and data/ML teams in a remote, international environment.

The role involves end-to-end ownership, hypothesis-driven development, and translating opportunities into measurable outcomes through experiments and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2C product experience focused on activation and onboarding.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large catalogs or matches.
• Understanding of search, feed relevance, or recommendation engines.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment.
• Proven ability to define hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Ability to drive delivery from idea to evaluation through cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey with activation and relevance.
• Improve recommendation quality to avoid overwhelming users.
• Increase trust and relevance of recommendations and invitations.
• Design engagement features like nudges and gamification.
• Run A/B tests; analyze results and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and ML teams.
