Job summary
LeadDesk is seeking a Technical Product Manager (AI) in Helsinki to own the AI product discovery process, translating validated customer needs into technical requirements and engaging with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll drive demos and live showcases while shaping AI architecture and workflows across multiple product lines.
You will collaborate with a diverse, multinational team in a hybrid Helsinki setting, bridging customer needs with engineering feasibility, and guiding the backlog
Qualifications
- Several years in a technical product management role.
- Experience running discovery with customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous, structured discovery with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Translate validated customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Drive UX/workflow design with designers and engineers for scalable solutions.
- Own backlog prioritisation across products, balancing value and tech debt.
- Collaborate with engineering on token economics and AI architecture.
- Support testing, release planning, and go-to-production decisions.
- Lead live demos for enterprise clients and webinars translating AI concepts into business value.
