Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a software engineer delivering production-quality software.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and paradigms; PHP/JavaScript valuable, willingness to learn new tech.
• Experience building at scale with backend or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system behavior, and trade-offs.
