Job summary

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Oy is seeking a Process Engineer to join as a technical expert in surface treatment. You will develop and evaluate surface treatment methods at Wipro sites and support production, R&D, and other teams in technical matters, with emphasis on industrial painting and pretreatment.

This is an independent, international role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in Finland, with occasional travel to sites in Finland, Sweden, and Romania.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree in engineering field.
• Several years' experience in industrial surface treatment and process development.
• Knowledge of painting and pretreatment processes; electrolytic treatment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate surface treatment methods at manufacturing sites.
• Support production, R&D, and other teams with technical matters.
• Improve process quality, efficiency, and environmental performance.
• Assist with equipment investments and testing/commissioning.
